What is a RAT RUN? Basically RAThma necros annihilating everything in seconds. 1 zbarb + 1 znecro globe spammer + 2 dps RAThma's Necro.1) Rondal's Locket is there for a reason, it can roll with up to 6 yard Pickup Radius. ESS is also a bit gut for grouping pulls.
2) drop all crit chance. You don't need Solanium since znec are spamming globes like crazy. Solanium also has an ICD.
3) GET PICKUP RADIUS EVERYWHERE as secondary. This will make healing necror's easier as well as refull their essence.
4) GET CDR everywhere for smooth skill spamming (
5) If you are very squishy and just starting: run with Blood Funnel and drop Superstition or Nerves of Steel for WEAPON MASTER to keep fury. Also stack a lot of life on hit.

That's understandable, however , what I'm asking is if your znec is also running iceblink? If so , do they stack, and if they don't stack what would be an optimal substitute for iceblink if the znec is wearing one. I know as a znec I use iceblink.

As far as i could remember they do not stack, but i am not sure. As for Iceblink = there's literally no other dps options here, and it's not a life changer anyways. So i would stick with Iceblink. Mutilate is mostly for elite packs, so it's not so critical if it will be there at all on any character since the crit on most dps characters is well over 50.PLEASE withdraw this guide from Diablofans. WW barb isn't good as Zbarb and advising bad things for the D3 community is a nightmare for good players.

Hey, great build, quick note; as the znec should use strongarm bracers (boost dmg to enemies hit by knockback) the barb should use the hurricane rune on WW. If you find yourself hungry for resource, just swap one of the passives for weapon master
Also important to note, dont have any CC (crowd controll, such as stun, freeze etc.) on your gear, as it can DR the mobs.
If you have enough CDR on you gear, you can put a ruby in your helm for more exp. And if you have enough recovery you can change one of the amethyst in you weapons for a geme of ease for more exp aswell.What is a ZBarb?
Been away from D3 for awhile. What kind of a build is ZBarb?

Z stands for ZDPS: a build that does not deal damage (or at least not much) and instead focuses on a support role by crowd control, team buffs and debuffing enemies.

The reason you are seeing so many variations to the support Barb build is that most of the builds provide similar things, but go about it in different means.
In skill selection for main form of utility, you essentially have to overall cookie cutter builds: WW Support and globe Hota Support
To provide more insight on the schism within the Hota Supports, we have the Immortal Ancients Pet Support and Raekor Charge Support.
Immortal Ancient Pet Support Breackdown:
Provide 10% crit addition via - Duty to the Clan
The 4 set IK has too much overlap with Obsidian Ring to be useful
Not needing boots -> Illusory Boots = Unit Collision
Not needing gloves -> Taskers for better Fury management
Raekor Charge Support Breackdown:
Sustain via Charging into things mindlessly (fun)
Have a great cc mechanic for babysitting wizard b/w packs
(Can freeze charge onto mobs as wiz/wd walk past with ease)
60% Damage Reduction Available via Band of Might
The Comparison:
IK barb provides 10% crit that Raekor barb does not.
Raekor barb has more opportunity for BIG toughness
IK barb can only protect the princess with a hook : (
IK barb has pets. (I hate pets in D3)
The Raekor barb has less consistant Fury (Aquilla maintenance)
So, what about comparing the WW Barb to the Hota Barb?
Welp, you can consider the WW Barb as just being the Not-Quite a monk with Ignore Pain. The WW barb snags Threatening Shout to add to damage, maybe Ground Stomp for more cc or globe generation and a consistant cyclone of ok vacuuming. The Hota barb just wants to slap everything and make globes while maintaining Ignore Pain and Hardened Wrath.
So, where will you find ww barb?
Not in 4 man - They already have a monk, and ET BoD Wiz wants all the orbs possible. So, Hota is your conventional Wiz Support.
Furthermore, Gear Substitutions:

-So, if a support wants a fast weapon, Pig Sticker is best in slot when not fishing for legendary effects, as it provides the best bang for the buck with a WHOLE NOTHER AFFIX! :D
So, if you have nothing better to do, pig stick it up.
However, you inherently get +15% attack speed from dual wielding. So, Gotta pair your fast weapon with utility -> Enter solanium

If you need more damage(take off paragon area damage):Efficacious Toxin

Weapons: Amyethyst >>>>Gem of Ease and Topaz.
