EN: This problem appeared on the 28th May when, after a long break, I decided to return to Trove, I was able to log in to the server in the Hub, but when I decided to move to the tutorial to see what changed, and from that moment after disconnected I stopped connecting to the server, with the steam version of Glyph and official.

Open ports needed the game, disable firewall, and run on behalf of the Administrator.
Nothing helped.

RU: Данная проблема появилась 28 числа когда я после долгого перерыва решил вернутся в Trove , я смог зайти на сервер в Hub но когда я решил зайти в туториал посмотреть может что изменилось , у меня перестало подключать к серверам , с стим версии Glyph и с официальной .

Открывал порты нужные игре , отключал брандмауэр , и запускал от имени Админа.
Ничего не помогло.

Со скоростью нет никаких проблем

Failed to connect to Auth servers

Typically this error is caused when the server is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. You can check the status of the server on our official forums here. If you are consistently receiving this message, and the server has no scheduled downtime, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Run Glyph as Administrator

  1. Navigate to your Glyph Game folder which is located where you installed the game. (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph)
  2. Right click on the file named GlyphClient
  3. Click properties
  4. Click on the compatibility tab
  5. Click the check box for "Run this program as an administrator"
  6. Click apply and then ok
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 for the file called "GlyphDownloader" as well. (This is the game application file that runs when you click play from the launcher)

Disable Firewall and Anti-Virus

  1. Open your control panel
  2. Click System and Security (Windows XP Users select Windows Firewall at this point)
  3. Click Windows Firewall
  4. Click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall
  5. Click the Change Settings button at the top
  6. Click Allow another program.
  7. Click Browse
  8. Navigate to where you installed Glyph (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph)
  9. Select the application file named "GlyphClient" and click open
  10. Find the newly added Glyph file in the list, select it and click add at the bottom

Open Trove Ports for your Router and Router Firmware

  1. Review your router's documentation to find instructions on how to open ports on your model of router.
  2. Open the Lobby port: 6560
  3. Open the Game servers port: 37001-37499
  4. Once your ports are set up for Trove, you'll want to get the most recent Firmware updates from the manufacturer's website.
  5. You will need to follow the instructions in your router's documentation or on the manufacturer's support site to update the firmware.

27 июл. 2016 в 4:08 I cant enter the game: Failed to connect to auth server. Servers may be down for maintenance. I know sometimes the servers must be closed for maintenance or patches and stuff but this happens only to me, my friend and others can enter the game with no problem.. pls help ;-;

This is happening to a small number of players at the moment and the dev team is working on a fix. In some cases your character data gets into a bad state and is preventing login but in other cases it can be one of your Clubs.

So i had the same problem as a lot of people currently, while trying to log in to Trove you get the "Failed to connect to auth server. Servers may be down for maintnence" error. I have discovered a fix

1. Create a new email, if you dont already have 2 emails

2. Create a Glyph account with your second email (Not the email with you main trove character on)

3. Log into trove with the new Glyph account it should let you in on your second email, then make your character, and get into the game. (wait until you have entered the tutorial, or any time you are moving and playing your new character)
