Didn't get to do the poll yesterday, did it first time this morning. Only logged in users can vote, you can use steam login on the website though.
The 1 week wipe this time around caused quite a stir. I want to discuss this here as it sometimes gets hard to follow all the chat of all people in-game. A thread like this is more organized and easier to discuss the matter.
I think map wipe should be every week and BP wipe should be every month
It will make the gameplay on the server pretty enjoyable and people will like it because it will help solo players so that not everyone has an AK when the server wipes and it will be something fun to do for big clans to run in radtowns looking for BPs and everyone will be searching for BPs and those solo players who don't play much rust they might complain about it because in their point of view that it will be time wasting but actually it will force them to play more or make them join small groups / clans and i feel like it will be way better than full armored players camping at their base all the time

It may be as you said, but, having been a solo player for a long time myself, I must disagree with a few points given. (Overall, it's down to ones playstyle)
REGARDING WIPES (speculation)
A forced 1 week wipe cycle, when it could actually be a 2 week wipe cycle, will drive away a lot of players. It will, most likely, affect most of the solo players aswell since no1 likes to play this game without player interactions.
A 1 week wipe cycle makes no difference in how much a solo player gets equality. It will, most likely, be a one-day thing for a solo player, after which they'll probably keep playing the game passively, not that actively. Be it a 1-week, or a 2-week thing, nothing will actually change. It's more likely that the server will die instead.
The remaining groups, who, despite the harrowing 1 week cycle (when it could easily be a 2 week thing), stood loyal to the server, will play as they ever did and quickly get as powerful as they usually do.
As a solo player, i was never happy about losing all my blueprints as the bp wipe was to come. Building my little shack always took some risky time. (that is, when you take the time to actually choose a long standing spot for weeks to come). Ofc, for the passive players, they won't waste time choosing a spot. They won't stand losing stuff for their mistakes. (essentially meaning an unhealthy playerbase for the server, not really attractive for the newcomers)
Here's the trick: would you say no to flat out 10 000 dollars/euros, and yes to 5 000 instead? Wouldn't you take the better one? (exclude "sense of cheating" etc from this example) No1 but yourself is stopping you. Restraining oneself in such a manner would make no sense, unless you happen to be a masochist.
The other half of the coin is the "too much" issue. It just demands a wipe at the right time, just like an ass. otherwise it's gonna go bad, really bad.
I've seen a few servers die very quickly in an analogous manner. It doesn't take much, i assure you.

How often does the official servers wipe?
Im thinking of playing on [RU] Facepunch 3, Is it a monthly or biweekly wipe cycle and how do you check it?

every official server is a monthly wipe. The official servers wipe on the first thursday of every month along with blueprints (usually).
I thought blueprints only wiped when forced by facepunch on their servers which is not that often, But i might be wrong.
Facepunch servers wipe the first thursday of the month.
