Quick disclaimer: These meshes are far from perfect, they are quite fiddly and the glue tabs are pretty crazy.
I have included links to 2 different types of meshes - Normal and Large.
Normal meshes are a little easier to grasp as they are made up from as few loose parts as possible.
Large meshes are made up from a bunch of loose parts making them more complicated, but they are much easier to build.

Update 8: There are a bunch of cool people in the slime rancher discord that like crafting their own variations - so I am going to upload some blank patterns to make it easier for them. Also plorts.

Update 10: Some spiky spooky rock slimes, for you crazy folk out there. The normal size map turned out to be really bad, but it might be possible to print out the large map 3 times smaller to still have the consistent size.
