Look up the notable you want (i.e. Diamond Skin), search for it in that list to find the ID (10542), then set that to be the minimum and maximum value in the search.

I have been working on a guide like this since I saw the question posted in a Question sticky about a week ago.
Any passive whose ID is between 0 and 32,767 can be searched as-is, but for any above that, you have to convert it to a signed integer that wraps from 32,767 to -32,767, and skips 32,768 as a value entirely (because of the double 0 in signed integers).
To make this conversion, take 65,536 and subtract the value of the ID, then flip the sign to a negative number. For example, Frost Walker, with an ID of 44955 will return no results if you use its given ID. If we take 65,536 and subtract 44,955, we get 20,581. If we flip the sign to make it negative and run the search with that value, we get appropriate results.
