Scarlet Surge is a 1.9 Harder 6* level created by Insendium. It is the second level in the Chaos Gauntlet and is known for its length and epileptic effects.

Gameplay

The level starts with a half-speed ship sequence with some flashing blocks and a warning sign at the beginning. Then it goes into a normal speed cube section with some jump orbs and other things, then a ball segment with some jump orbs and flashing platforms. Then it is a pretty easy UFO segment where you just avoid blocks. Then it is a wave with some easy timings, that switches direction in the middle.

  • The former password for the level was 545964; however, this password no longer works.
  • The level contains 12,420 objects.
  • This is the second level in the Chaos Gauntlet.
  • This is one of the three gauntlet levels made before Update 2.0.
  • This is an XL level.
  • The level has a sequel called Sapphire Surge, made in 1.9 and 2.0.
  • Scarlet Surge is one of the most hated non-Demon rated levels, even though it is pretty easy. This is due to a yellow orb located at 14% which requires incredibly precise timing to jump into the gap between two blocks. This yellow orb is one of the main reasons for the levels hated status due to being unfitting to the "Harder" difficulty rating and because it seems as the precision required was not intended.
  • On April 1, 2021, RobTop accidentally deleted all of the level's comments.

The Chaos Gauntlet is not in the Gauntlets' menu by default. To access it, the player must meet The Creature, which can be found in The Basement, and click the blue lock.

Before the player frees The Creature, this Gauntlet's background color is dark grey. Upon clicking it in this state, some dialogue appears:

  • It's no use, that Gauntlet is locked.
  • The Demon Guardian was the only one who could open it.
  • Not sure what happened to him. He was always a bit crazy.

This is very long. It's not really difficult, but what makes it annoying is dying more than half way through. This level lasts around 2 minutes!

Anubis - хард уровень, коллаб от GeoSlim1 и Adiale. Геймплей лёгок и веселый с хороший музыкой от EnV. Декор хоть и не сильно сложный, но приятный. И с длиной Long.

2) Scarlet Surge от Insendium.

Scarlet Surge - хардер уровень от Insendium. Геймплей не из простых. Много моментов на которых легко умереть. Начиная с 70% наступает очень кансерная уфошка. Обычная и маленькая. Умереть легче всего. Потом не менее сложный кораблик. И дуал на кубе. Он сложен тем, что с шансом 50% вы перелетите желтый орб, и умрёте. В декоре используется два цвета: Черный и красный. Длина XL.

3) Drippy Dub от Danolex.

Drippy Dub - хардер (на самом деле хард) Левел от Danolex. Геймплей сложен, только тем, что есть одна рандомная авто часть. Декор не сильно сложный. Длина Long. Это уровень Break Time от Scarlet Surge.

4) Kappaclysm от GlitterShroom и Evasium.

Kappaclysm - хардер от GlitterShroom и Evasium. Коллаб. Геймплей не сложный. Напоминает Cataclysm от Gboy, только упрощенный в разы. В декоре используется красный цвет, как главный оттенок.

5) Dark Drop от Alkali и NatDakGD.

Dark Drop - хардер (тру инсейн) Левел от Alkali и NatDakGD.Геймплей очень сложный и неприятный. Самые сложные моменты: волна на 16%, корабль на 56% и еще раз волна на 76%. (666, лол). Декор простой.

This level took me so long to finish. I was stuck on the dual part towards the end for a while. This level took me 121 attempts.

Anubis wasn't as annoying, but I still got 113 attempts.

The worst part is that that is just the 2nd level in the chaos gauntlet. There's 3 more that I'll likely be stuck in for even longer. I will be accepting one more member for my collab, but don't expect it to be you because I'm accepting a specific person to help me with the count triggers in the level.

For me the first ship part after one of the mirror portals is a real pain. It's a well designed level but really long levels like this and Magmetic Seminar are really annoying making them not fun.
