Coldcase is a quest in Unturned 3. You must talk to Chief Brian to receive this quest.
Prerequisites:

must be completed.
Overview:
Chief Brian suggests starting with Darren, Harry's bunkmate, on the bridge. It might also be worth searching through Harry's stuff, and Natalie might have seen something, and Roman might have overheard something. Suffice it to say he has a lot of suggestions.

1. Talk to Captain Sydney
2. Talk to Commander Laurence
What do you have to do?
1.) Get Toolbox from Natalie.
2.) Fix Radio Tower 1
3.) Fix Radio Tower 2
4.) Fix Radio Tower 3
A Fresh Coat of Paint1) Talk to Rusty
2) Go to St. Petersburg
3) Go to Hardware store
4) Get white paint (it won't appear in your inventory)
5) Go to Liberator
6) Go to LIBERATOR sign

1) Talk to Commander Laurence
2) Put up posters in all police stations in cities:

2) Swim under Liberator
3) Clear barnacles (9)

1) Talk to Gwen (one of tents)
2) Get wedding ring under Liberator (left side)

2) Craft Ultimate Fishing Rod (fishing rod + explosives)

2) Get Raw Squid (you can only get it using Upgraded Fishing Rod)

2) Give him 1 donut (craft donuts using Dough + Maple Syrup)
Research Recovery1) Talk to nurse (medic room)
2) Get 4 capsules
Hunt for The Jet FuelWhat do you have to do?
1. Talk to Lieutant Oswald (guy near radio, second floor)
2. Get horde beacon
3. Go to Shereyevo Airport
4. Place horde beacon
5. Kill zombies
6. Finish quest

Smuggler's CoveWhat do you have to do?
YOU HAVE TO FINISH QUEST "Secret Snack" FIRST.
1) Go talk to ". " and give him EXP until he will tell you about Major Len.
2) Go to Chief Brian
3) Accept quest
4) Go to Kivgrad Harbor
5) Find Uniform Scrap
6) Go back to Liberator
7) Finish quest

Oh you started the major lenn quest.
Not helping with this quest but check under the beds on the ship. The reason im not going to help further is because the quest is story based and fun to figure out.
