Немогли бы вы обЪяснить, почему в упр 2 предоложении 7 ответ fastest, а в предложении 8 ответ faster? Предложения вроде одинаковые, а ответы разные.В чем собственно разница?
Of all three, Mike runs (fastest / faster). — 3 человека и более — превосходная степень (из всех)
Of all two, Mike runs (fastest / faster). — 2 человека — степень сравнительная (сравниваем 2 человек)
Подскажите, пожалуйста, а почему в превосходной степени в словах, например, latest,
highest (но не только там) — не стоит артикль the? Ведь по правилу же должен быть.
