Network Code: There is no deterministic lockstep for Xbox. Instead Xbox uses a mix of "predictive" and "deterministic". Read an explanation by GGG here. TL;DR, this means desync sometimes happens on Xbox, especially with movement skills. However it is not as bad as the original desync on PC like back in the old days. I expect it to happen on PS4 as well, most likely it will be better compared to Xbox because the PS4 is being built from the ground up.

Selling items: You cannot use 3rd party sites like "poe.trade" to sell your items on console. Instead the Xbox uses a "Trade Board". You can post your items on your stash for sale (PREMIUM STASH ONLY) and set a buyout price. Someone else searching for the Trade Board can offer you the currency, or their own offer. You can then "review" this offer, and accept it. If you do, the currency will be transferred to you and the item to them. You do not need to meet the other person!

Playerbase: It is smaller on Xbox compared to PC. This means items are in general more expensive and the prices fluctuate a lot. There is more demand, and less supply. Therefore making specific builds that relies on specific uniques is probably more expensive/difficult on Xbox. However one good side for this is making currency is easier; any good rare/unique you put for sale will receive many offers very fast. I expect PS4 to still have a smaller playerbase vs. PC, but larger vs. Xbox.
