Копье акаони но санкаку nioh
Spears are Weapons in Nioh 2 and information about their stats is shown below. This weapon works in conjunction with the Spear Skills skill tree. Spears scale primarily off of the Constitution Stat, but also scale off of Strength and Skill.
There are two spear types in the game, indicated by the weapon icon on the weapon card: Spears and Cross-Spears. There is no difference in gameplay, but the Sanada Clan and the Set Bonus+ version of The Red of Devotion gives you a melee damage bonus for having a Cross-Spear as one of your equipped weapons.
This weapon has the longest average range in the game, as well as above average damage in general. This allows you to use your range to safely deal damage to enemies in a position they can not challenge, but it also have several high utility and damage options that you can use up close: Body Swap is an unblockable position shifting attack that can be canceled early with Yokai Skills for free unblockable damage, if you have the Anima for it; Spearfall and Entangle can immediately ground human enemies and small Skeleton Warriors; Flying Monkey and Rainbow Ruse are unique mobility options; Spear Flourish as an adaptable attack that is done when Ki pulsing that briefly stuns humans, though bosses can block this stun stat. However, it has a major weakness in it's low Ki damage. Pole Kick is slow to use, and it has no Sword Ki or Double Kick equivalent attack. This also means it struggles a bit against enemies that don't get staggered, as you won't have much time to make use of the damage the spear can do, and won't be able to create the opportunity for more damage by draining their Ki as easily. The Wooden Spear is a consideration for more Ki damage, at the cost of melee damage.
- The premier poking weapon, this has the longest average range of attacks in the game, while also being high in damage.
- It also has a wide variety of unique and powerful close range options, such as a repositioning attack that is unblockable by humans, Entangle and Spearfall, which instantly grounds humans and Skeleton Warriors, and strong mobility options in Rainbow Ruse and Flying Monkey.
- This comes at the cost of Ki damage on hit.
- Best average range among melee weapons. This enables a very safe poking playstyle.
- High DPS on many attacks (Water Wheel, Chidori on compatible enemies, Fatal Thrust, Triple Threat, mid and high stance strong attacks). is a very high damage and long range attack, that also tumbles human enemies for even more damage. can apply elements though Arcana Custom Active Skills in one use.
- The absolute best user of Thrust Damage as a melee damage increase. allows you to bypass blocking humans for free, unblockable damage if you spend Anima.
- Several attacks that ground enemies immediately (Entangle and Spearfall)
- Dodge attack has very large range and the same damage as your mid stance strong attack.
- Low Ki damage. On top of Pole Kick being slow, it doesn't have a fast, high ki damage attack like Sword Ki.
- Outside of Body Swap, blocking enemies can be tricky to deal with, especially if you don't have the finger dexterity to manually go into high stance to prevent your quick and strong attacks from deflecting. is the worst mystic art in the game, making Mystic Dyad pointless on this weapon and on otherwise useful spear Set Bonuses.
Below is a list of Spears in Nioh 2, and each Spear has an effect that will ALWAYS be present, no matter what other random bonuses there may be, and these are listed in the "effect" column. Damage values are not listed since these change by rarity and level, making it difficult to compare them easily. Break and Block are listed, since these do not change with rarity or level.
Every Weapon in the game has Familiarity. The better quality of the weapon, the more Familiarity can be obtained with the weapon, and over time the damage and bonuses of the weapon will improve as the Familiarity increases up to a maximum. This way, using the same weapon over time can yield higher damage than another, even if it's lower level.
Akaoni-no-Sankaku Spear is a Spear Weapon available in Nioh.
Akaoni-no-Sankaku Spear Description
" A greatspear with a robust spearhead. The blade tip's thick triangular cross section ensures it never breaks in the midst of battle. The shaft is thick and durable to keep the weapon balanced, but the added weight means only the very strongest warriors can handle it. The name translates to "the red demon's triangular spear", a reference to the blade's shape and the red-armored army led by Ii Naomasa who wielded the spear. Formerly of the Imagawa clan, Naomasa joined Tokugawa Ieyasu a little later than other senior officials, but his military exploits with this spear in his hands earned him a place as one of the four great Tokugawa commanders. "
Ikkoku Nagayoshi Spear is a Weapon in Nioh.
Ikkoku Nagayoshi Spear Description
"A greatspear forged by the swordsmith Nagayoshi of Yamashiro province. The sanko is believed to have the power to safely send the slain to the afterlife. The name "Ikkoku", meaning "one country", comes from Kuroda Nagamasa's skill with a spear, said to be capable of felling a nation. This spear was Nagamasa's prized weapon. The hand grip is furnished with bumps, providing wielder a stronger grip to impart more power into their strikes."
