Warcraft 3 reforged quenching mod как установить
Fist of all,absolutely amazing work on the quenching mod,the graphics enhancements of the terrain are exactly what this game needed(i hve been using the melee mode set and its amazing how it makes the game look)
But i wanted to ask how are you able to apply custom skins on regular melee maps and rest of the game,normally you would have to make a custom map in the world editor with the injected model/skin for it to be applied.
More so i wanted to ask is it planed or even possible for quenching to have functionality for users of the mod,once it is installed,to be able to add other custom models/skins for heroes to the selection by themselves?
there are alot of cool reforged hd models and sd version models on this site,but the logistics of using them is so tedious,having to edit every singel map you want to use them on in the editor.While in quenching its like the ingame skin selector,you pick a skin and its applied everywhere.I think with the ability of useres being able to add additional models and skins to the skin selector list alongside the onese you made available to choose from,would just be amazing and greatly increase the ease of use and modding potential of the game.

Спасибо конечно но нет. Чертовски смущает следующая строчка из readme файла к моду: You can not use it for any project which does not belongs to blizzard entertainment. (Read warcraft 3 reforged agreement) Как бы не забанили за сие творение.

try to use "v1.21 Fix Patch", unzip and copy/replace to warcraftIII/retail/ and warcraftIII/Quenching/

To unlock hidden button of campaign, download Campagin Display Fix, replace cfix.w3x in warcraft III folder and use QM console "Camp Unlock" feature.
If you meet white screen/white haze/white fog problem, use "AMD repair" Button in QM Console
If the mod disabled in 1.32.8, use reg.reg to fix.

Warband fix patch Important
This patch add melee mode and auto update, with lots of bug fix.
We added a melee mode for melee player to make everything more definable.
We added an auto downloader for future patches.
Details
From now the new patch will be auto-upgraded.
If the network condition is unstable
you can still manually download new patches from our site.
Fixed some portrait bugs.
Reduced 1GB of MOD file size.
Fixed many bugs related to AMD and Intel graphic GPU.
Add the 'melee mode'.
Added a mode locker, to switch from Full version to Classic version.
You can use 'lock classic version' to avoid bugs related to classic graphic.
These campaigns are not include in MOD and need to download seperately.

Warband Update
This patch we focused on classic graphic/mode, client function and units skin
Bug fix is on the way, you may download a more stable version next week

The main features of this version is the full support for classic mode.
And we add some auto-repair to avoid bugs.
Meanwhile we build a temparoy custom campagin files with [.cque] addon
It's a well-organized zlib file and can be load by our QM client

Now console support classic version with limited function
Remove fix buttons and add auto-repair
Add a custom campaign loading button

slightly dimmer the light and add more colour.
Add a reflection effect to SD model in order to decrease shadow
But still not very ideal in some situation

Tomoraider's Cotf and Rotbe campaign are universal.

Introduction
This version is focused on comprehensive gameplay exprience. Also, due to the official update, re-download is necessary. We would like to thank ladik, We used casclib to greatly reduce installation package size, however, you may take a little bit longer time to start mod.
Due to work and financial pressure, we will keep our two-week update, and bug fix based on feedback.
Flexible Graphic Options
Based on feedback, we provide more flexible options including hero replacement, new portrait and more.
Water
We made new water combines refraction and distortion effect for you to choose.
Blzcon and Quenching UI have been improved based on feedback. New UI is available in classic mode independently.
Functional setting
We added some useful function like Hotkey, camera, Gamma in setting tool. The camera adjustments is limited to avoid desync.
New portrait
We made portrait files in Blizcon style apply to most of melee unit. This function is exprimental and you can switch it freely.

Introduction
From the developers: As we encountered finical and sleep issues, we might not work full-time for this mod. However, we are trying to keep our two-week update, bug fix based on feedback. Still, we will explore the graphic possibility and enhance our mod. Although its pretty hard to move forward, we are very glad to see many w3ers are enjoying this mod. There are still many more to expect, cheers!
Reset the folder structure of our mod
We received a lot of feedback about the mod tool. To make it easier to manage, we rebuild the folder structure of the mod. Now, every file will appear in a specific game folder. It can be easily reset to default if any bug is detected.
Unit models
We have adjusted many textures for units. We received a lot of feedback, one of the major problems with units the readability. We did many adjustments based on a little survey, we will do more and make sure it’s in the right direction. We have changed the model of blademaster and Paladin in the melee game at the same time. Hope you like it.
Quenching UI
Many players asked for a new UI, but the blizcon UI is too small . We redesigned a new UI based on some common GUI methods. high Readability, more game space and easy to use.
Terrain art
We reworked many textures for our terrain, including blight texture for undead race. To make the terrain appears to be smoother, we added alpha blend for some of the terrain textures. We also provided three different light patterns, you can chose your favorite light in our tool.
Blizcon portrait
We are exploring more possibilities for our mod. In this patch ,we changed some unit portrait to the blizzcon version. It can not be exactly the same due to many technical reasons, but we are trying to do more. Here is a list of adjusted units:
